World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions:
11. 1. Internal Audit Manager (code : IAM)
Dept/project : Internal Audit
Major roles :
* Develop audit plans for National Office and program
* Ensure financial and transactions comply with the institute of Internal "Auditors Standards for the professional practice of Internal Auditing" (SPPIA) and other organization standards
* Advise management to ensure policies mitigate risks
* Plan and develop financial audit procedures
The audit manager plays an advisory and consultant role to the National Director and Board of Directors. This advisory rules includes but is not limited to providing advice on risk management, internal control systems, and their impact on the operations of the organization.
Qualifications :
* Min. S1 degree in Accounting
* Must have prior auditing experience of at least 5 years in a recognized organization
* Must be willing to travel 20% - 30% of the time
* Experience in Public Accounting will be an added advantage

2. Finance Manager (code : FM)
Dept/Project: Finance
Major roles :
Provide leadership and management of the finance functions which include promote financial stewardship, accountability, reliability and accuracy of financial reports, develop, define and implement financial policies in compliance with WV financial policy & procedures, ensure effective resource acquisition and management, accounting and reporting, and utilization & safeguarding of assets.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management with at least 5 year experiences in humanitarian aid in-country and international position with certification in Public Accountant, Financial Analyst or Chartered Accountant.
· At least 6 year experiences working in accounting, financial management & admin works; international experience is a plus, including 3 years in managerial position.
· Knowledge of Sun System and Vision XL/Executive is preferable

3. Researcher (Code : RS)
Dept/Project : Urban Pilot Project
Location : Surabaya
Major roles :
Responsible for guiding the development and implementation of urban research on programming alternatives to attain transformational development among the poor in Surabaya. The role includes research design, data analysis and synthesis, report preparation, partnership building and knowledge exchange with academic, community and government audiences.
Qualifications:
* Master in urban studies, development studies, Social Sciences or related field.
· Min. 3 years experience in Social research

4. IPM Learning Coordinator (Code : IPM LC)
Dept/Project : Integrated Programming Model Project
Location : Donggala
Major roles :
The Integrated Programming Model (IPM) Project is facilitating Partnership-wide co-creation of a new model for World Vision’s work at local level, based on a review of good practices by World Vision and other organisations. The new integrated programming model equips World Vision local-level staff to work effectively with partners toward the sustained well-being of children within families and communities – especially the most vulnerable.
The purpose of the IPM Learning Coordinatorposition is to lead and coordinate the learning process in the IPM pilots in Indonesia.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, likely in the social sciences; a master’s degree is preferred
· Strong research skills and relevant research experience of at least two years
· Strong understanding of community-led development work
· Experience applying creative and resourceful approaches to learning
· Knowledge of action learning methodologies (preferable)
· Familiarity with key aspects of World Vision’s child-focused development work (preferable)


5. ADP Manager (code : ADPM)

Dept/Project : Operations
Major roles :
Responsible for implementing contextually World Vision Indonesia ministry strategy and objectives and ensure the quality of ministry in ADP area by managing and coordinating ADP staff, developing and strengthening cooperation with partners (churches, partner agencies, government).
Qualifications :
· S1degree, Master degree is preferable
· Min. 2 years experience in managing project
· Has strong leadership in managing team
· Experience in social humanitarian works
· Min. TOEFL Score 500
· Willing to be based in Papua, NTT, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, North Maluku, Nias

6. Universal Birth Registration Officer (code : UBR)
Dept/Project : UBR Project
Location : Pontianak
Major roles :
To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to “be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change” by ensuring the Universal Birth Registration’s advocacy works at local (ADP) and regional levels in alignment with the global partnership and national office strategies and policies.

Qualifications :
· Bachelor Degree in Law, Social Welfare or related field
· At least 3 year experiences working in child rights/protection works; familiar to work with Local Government; be able to speak on Child Rights with authority, be a good communicator and writer – able to produce high quality article and research, have sound experience in legal research.

7. Nutrition Specialist (code: NUT)
Dept/Project : Area Development Program
Location : NTT & Jawa
Major roles :
Lead implementation of Nutrition Program including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in alignment with WV Indonesia strategy.

Qualifications :
· Min. S1 in Public Health (Nutrition)/Doctor
· Experience in health project

8. Community Development Trainee (code : CD)
Dept/Project : Area Development Program
Qualifications :
· S1 degree
· Willing to be based in in Papua, NTT, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, North Maluku, Nias
· Min. TOEFL Score 4009. Public Policy Analyst (Code : PPA)
Dept/Project : Advocacy
Major roles :
To support WVIndonesia’s strategic mandates to “be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change” by providing a comprehensive analysis of government & non-government policies, research findings, and publications on some issues related to WV IDN advocacy works at local, regional and national levels in alignment with the global center and national office strategies and policies.
Qualifications:
· Preferably master degree in Public Policy, Law, International Development, Social Works, or relevant degree; or Bachelor Degree with at least 3 year experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works for in-country and international position, with knowledge and skill on International National Human Rights instruments.
· Min. 3 year experiences working in advocacy/community development/TD works; international experience is a plus, including 1 year in managerial position

10. Donor & Relation Manager (code : D & R)
Major roles :
Maximize improvement and execution of relation (“Building Trust”) with stakeholders aligning with our product, branding; maintaining effort required for our vision and Core Values. It is also providing effective directions as well as develops and maintains the strategy of relationship related to NRD growth.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor of Business/Communication preferably Master of Communication/Business
· Min. 3-4 years in customer services/communication in managerial level
· Strong business and communication skills
· Knowledge of Business Marketing, Advertising, and finance
· Willing to travel

11. Sponsorship Planning & Monitoring Officer -Region
Dept/Project : Sponsorship
Location : Papua
Major roles :
This position is responsible to support the overall sponsorship operation service through intentional planning and monitoring of sponsorship project in the designated region to contribute to the transformation of children, families, communities, and donors aligned with WVI Indonesia strategy and Sponsorship Standard & Policy.
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in any areas, self-education, and/or on-the-job training
· Knowledge and experience on assessment, design & log frame development
· Knowledge and experience about monitoring plan
· Understanding of sponsorship standard and policy
· Min. TOEFL score 400
· Preferable: Experience in facilitating training

12. Education Officer (code : Edu)
Dept/Project : Mainstreaming Education Project Sulmal
Location : Palu & Poso
Major roles :
Responsibility in the implementation of Sulmal’s Mainstreaming Peace building through education Project.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor degree in Education or relevant degree with at least 2 year experiences in CLCC development, peace education, and advocacy works for in-country.
· Min. 2 year experiences working in advocacy works; national experience is a plus, including 1 year in managerial position
